I acknowledge BS Collectibles will agree at their sole discretion whether or not to accept my items. I will submit the price for each item they are looking to receive. BS Collectibles will not advise on pricing.

At BS Collectibles' sole discretion if an item is received damaged or without proper certification, I will be notified and responsible for paying the return shipping within 48 hours of notification.

All items seller sends in will have certifications from either Fanatics, Beckett, JSA, Radtke, or PSA, and unique numbers will populate in each respective database. Any other certs or no certs will not be accepted and returned at seller's expense.

BS Collectibles will pay seller via PayPal (only paypal) 70% of seller's asking price within 1 business day of receipt upon verification item is in like-new condition and has a usable cert per above.

I understand that once my item is received and verified by BS Collectibles and 70% of the asking price has been paid via Paypal, it is no longer mine. It is now owned by BS Collectibles.

How does BS Marketplace work?

Once application is approved, sellers email BS Collectibles 2-3 pictures per item, at least one of cert and autograph, of each piece they would like sold on BS Marketplace (bsmarketplace345@gmail.com). Included with the pictures MUST be the full price seller is hoping to receive. Any items submitted without prices will be automatically rejected.
Seller will be emailed telling them which items are accepted. For items accepted, seller will mail within 48 business hours items to BS Collectibles to “MARKETPLACE” attention.

BS Collectibles will receive and verify items are in like-new condition and certified. Seller will receive payment from BS Collectibles via Paypal for 70% of their asking price within 1 business day of receipt. BS Collectibles will take pictures and add items to BS Marketplace for 14 days. If an item sells during that period, BS Collectibles will send Paypal payment for incremental funds MINUS 3% processing fee AND $15 shipping fee per full size helmet, $10 each item for all other items. Example: BS agrees to accept a $300 full size helmet from the seller. Upon receipt and verification, BS Collectibles pay the seller 70% of the item to Paypal ($210). If an item sells, BS Collectibles will pay the seller an additional $76 (3% fee for payment, $15 fee for shipping). In this example the seller would be paid a total of $276. If an item does not sell after 14 days of the item being on BS Marketplace, seller keeps the $210 sent previously and the transaction is complete.
There are no additional fees or seller premiums.
BS Collectibles is most likely to accept full size replica, authentic, and speedflex helmets, mini helmets, custom and licensed football jerseys, and baseball bats.
BS Collectibles will not accept cards, 8 X 10 photos, damaged items, items without certs, pylons, bobble heads, and many other collectibles.
Each item will be posted for a minimum of 14 days, but there is no guarantee any item will sell for asking price.
